Our business philosophy draws from our Japanese business training. "Kintsugi" (the Japanese art form) enhances value by filling imperfections in ceramics with gold.

Founder & Managing Partner
Brennan McKinlay
Meet Brennan McKinlay, a seasoned strategic operations executive with over 20 years of experience. As the Founder and Managing Partner at KSG Partners, Brennan helps businesses unlock their full potential through operational excellence and efficiency.
Before KSG Partners, Brennan honed his expertise at Toyota, in various leading roles in production engineering, enterprise strategy, and supply chain management. He notably led a comprehensive digital transformation in finished vehicle logistics for Toyota Motor North America, an organization that manages shipment of over 2.5 million vehicles annually.
Brennan holds an MBA and MS in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University. He is also fluent in Japanese. Brennan's highest priority is his family. He resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with his wife and five children.
